Background
After five years of managing a successful bakery in West Los Angeles, California, Barbara Lewkow decided to go into business for herself and started Blondie's Baking and Catering. This passion of hers blossomed as she drew inspiration from her love of travel and cuisine from around the world. The relationships that she has established with local organic food suppliers and farmers markets allows for ultimate control over the freshness and quality of all menu offerings. From all things savory to sweet, Blondie's was created to be a one-stop-shop with full customization available for any special event. In addition, Blondie's can provide vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, and dairy-free treats and any other special dietary requests.
